Centrefold starlet Giuliana Marino is a German model who made her first appearance in Playboy in Germany in April 2005 as Playmate of the Month. She made a great impression on her target audience, and was crowned Playmate of the Year later the same year. April of the following year saw her make her debut in American Playboy when she was once again Playmate of the Month. As she's from Nuremberg, you'll probably not be too surprised that she holds a racing licence and has taken part in a 1000km race on the Grand Prix section of the famed Nuremberg racing circuit. Nice to find a model that is racy in more than one way!
